Turtlejob adheres to practices in keeping with its principles as an international service with a global viewpoint and customer-focused orientation. The management team is chaired by Dr Andrew St George of Oxford University and includes Chinese expatriates with extensive overseas qualifications and expertise in e-business. The board of advisors includes American and international IT specialists Ludmil Pandeff and Nick Matelan, and Henry Blodget, an award-winning Internet and eCommerce analyst on Wall Street.
