职位描述
The After Sales Manager deals with customers to ensure that requirements are processed efficiently. Prior experience and real estate market knowledge will be a distinct advantage.
The After Sales Manager has a range of responsibilities including but not restricted to:
1. Keep in touch with clients via phones, emails, etc., and make arrangements of after sales service in accordance with clients’ responses to ensure proactive service management services to major customers are provided efficiently and effectively at a high level of standard;
2. Supervise subordinates’ work progress, provide suggestions and make relevant work plans;
3. Chase deposits and dun reimbursement to make sure company’s fund are timely receded;
4. Train your subordinates;
5. Build rapport with your clients through your regular contact and proactive approach.
售后部经理主要与客人沟通以保证公司的服务质量。有相关房地产租赁及酒店工作经验者优先。售后部经理的工作内容主要为如下几项:
1. 通过电话、电子邮件等随时跟踪客户在租赁期间的居住问题,亲自或安排售后员工来处理客户所反映的问题,以确保公司提供高质量的服务;
2. 检查并监督下属工作,以掌握工作进度,给予指导,并据此制定工作计划;
3. 根据售后部下属以及办证部下属的反馈情况,追讨房屋押金、以及催讨公司代垫款,以保证公司资金及时收回;
4. 培训本部门员工;
5. 定期与客户公司进行沟通,建立良好的合作关系。
职位要求
To excel as part of the After Sales Team you need the following skills
1. Exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, an ability to quickly establish effective relationships across departments as well as with customers
2. Excellent problem solving skills
3. Fine tuned interpersonal skills, highly organized, resourceful and innovative
6. Ability to multi-task
7. At least 3 years of work experience, relevant work experience in real estate, insurance companies and hotels and preferred.

1. 优秀的客户服务技巧,工作认真负责,具有较强的规划、决策、分析、沟通、协调、管理能力;
2. 具有较强的解决问题的能力;
3. 3年以上工作经验,有相关房地产租赁、酒店、保险工作经验者优先。
