Introduction：
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Japan Reporting Team.This job contributes to the successful implementation of providing consolidated / accurate business reports to all related functions in Japan. (ie. RM, TM, COE and Marketing).
Responsibilities:
1. Data extraction from legacy systems (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly);
2. Make pre-defined reports along with ‘operation manual’ provided by Japan team

1. Not required business experiences;Knowledge of Lenovo sales model and selling process;
2. There are no specific business experiences/ skills.at least it is required to know/understand Lenovo business models and terminology.
3. Ability to summarize effectively and provide clear, crisp written and spoken communications;Japanese written communication skill is mandatory.;Japanese oral communication skill is highly regarded.
4. Highly advanced user of MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Access;Lotus Notes and Domino. Database
