岗位职责： 
1.  Responsibility  for  activities  assigned  by  the  Payments  Lead 
2.  Manage  Payment  Posting  Process  including  verifying  error  and  perform  resolution,  act  as  liaison  to  the  client. 
3.  Manage  Pay  Cycle  Process  including  performing  verification  and  modification 
4.  Perform  Quality  Review  on  Payments     
5.  Perform  Level  2  Customer  Service  Support  on  payment  processing  information  including  queries,  inquiries,  reports,  communication)   
6.  Runs  daily  reports  to  identify  duplicate  payments.     
7.  Processes  credit/debit  memos. 
8.  Reconciles  Accounts  Payable  on  a  monthly  basis. 
9.  Adaptable  to  learn  new  processes,  concepts,  and  skills. 
10.  Demonstrates  the  ability  to  work  as  part  of  a  team. 
11.  Escalates  production  issues  to  his/her  team  leader  as  appropriate.       
12.  Complies  with  all  client  published  policies  and  procedures  and  any  legal  and  regulatory  requirements  that  the  company  is  obliged  to  adhere  to.
