岗位职责： 
1．Represent  the  plant  in  the  business  strategy  development  and  goal  setting  process.  (i.e.  operational  costs,  asset  utilization,  operational  reliability,  etc.)   
2.  Translate  and  communicate  the  business  strategy  and  objectives  to  the  production    personnel.  Provide  leadership,  coaching  and  expectations  for  the  personnel  participating  in  the  production  goal  and  budget  setting  processes.  Challenge  teams  and  individuals  to  set,  monitor  and  achieve  goals  aligned  to  the  business  and  site  strategies  and  goals. 
3.  Achieve  EH&S  goals  and  comply  with  regulatory  and  permit  requirements.  Demonstrate  priority  and  commitment  through  personal  behavior.   
4.  Create  an  environment  that  fosters  team  and  individual  empowerment.  Establishe  and  model  expected  behaviors  for  an  empowered  organization.   
5．Personally  communicate  and  establish  communication  and  learning  systems.   
Ensure  implementation  and  ongoing  effectiveness  of  work  processes,  Operating  Discipline,  management  systems,  enabling  technologies  and  roles.   
6.  Ensure  necessary  resources  are  in  place  to  meet  production  requirements  and  achieve  the  production  specific  business  goals.   
7.  Ensure  systems  are  in  place  to  reduce  variation,  produce  quality  products  and  meet  customer  needs.  Interfaces  with  customers  as  required.   
8.  Provide  administrative  leadership  and  coaching  to  the  production  personnel.  (i.e.  role  clarity  and  expectations,  employee  development,  deployment,  recognition  systems,  etc.)   
9.  Ensure  the  linkages  between  production  operations  and  other  functions  are  effective.  (i.e.  Maintenance,  EH&S,  Logistics,  etc.)

1.            Age:  over35  years  old   
2.            Education:  chemical  engineering  or  chemistry  education  background  at  college 
3.            Excellent  communication  and  coordination  ability.   
4.            At  least  5-year  experience  on  the  same  or  similar  position  in  chemical  plant  and  have  batch  production  management  experience.    Besides  management  experience  we  are  looking  for  strong  technical  abilities. 
5.            Good  command  of  English  skill. 
6.            Good  team  player  and  team  leader. 
7.            Open-minded  and  willing  to  take  challenge. 
8.            only  candidate  with  chemical  industry  and  production  management  experience  need  apply.    Experience  in  batch  and  organic  chemical  production  will  be  important  consideration  in  ion. 
9.              Problem  solving  skills  and  analytical  ability  will  be  key
