  Job  Description

Belongs  to  S&O(Strategy  and  Operation)  team  and  to  provide  consulting  service  to  clients  of  a  broad  range  of  industries.  The  consulting  service  we  provide  for  our  clients  includes  business  analysis  &  improvement，BPR，IT  strategy  &  design/development/implementation  of  IT  systems，to  lead  our  clients  to  achieve  the  innovation  in  a  broad  area  of  operation  management，CRM，controlling/managerial  accounting，financial  accounting  and  etc.   



  职位要求
  Qualifications

1.  Minimum  Degree  Qualification,  with  an  advanced  degree  is  a  plus.  MBA  is  a  plus.
2.  Fundamental  strategy  skills:  Logical  Thinking，  Documentation  skills，  Research  and  Analysis  skills，  Presentation  skills，  Interview  skills  are  required.
3.  Specialized  in  or  equivalently  experienced  in  at  least  one  the  following  areas:  Finance,  Accounting,  Marketing,  Corporate  Planning,  Business  Planning,  IT  Strategy&Planning,  Internal  Control  etc.  Experience  in  business  process  re-engineering  or  analysis  is  also  acceptable. 
4.  Good  interpersonal  skills,  communication  skills.
5.  For  SC  and  above,  experience  in  consulting  firm  or  other  equivalent  experience  is  a  plus.
6.  For  SC  and  above,  good  Japanese  language  skills  both  in  speaking  and  writing，  and  relevant  English  ability  is  preferred.
