职位描述
  Job  Description:

1.  Act  as  a  Bridge  SE  between  Japanese  clients  and  Chinese  development  team.

2.  Involved  from  initial  project  phase  such  as  design  on  site,  help  manage  specification.

3.  Responsible  for  accurate  specification  delivery  to  Chinese  development  team.

4.  Help  Chinese  development  team  to  communicate  with  Japanese  clients.

5.  Help  Japanese  clients  to  feedback  quickly  to  Chinese  development.

6.  Help  Japanese  clients  in  deliverable's  acceptance  and  give  corresponding  feedback.

7.  Help  Chinese  development  team  to  collect  customer  satisfaction.   



  职位要求
  Qualifications:

1.  Bachelor  or  master  degree  in  computer  science  or  related  discipline.  PMP  will  be  preferable.
2.  Good  Japanese  skill  in  both  written  and  spoken(Level  1  or  equivalent)
3.  Familiar  with  culture,  business  manner  and  work  style  of  both  Chinese  and  Japanese.
4.  Good  communication,  documentation  and  interpersonal  skill
5.  Familiar  with  offshore  development  and  project  delivery  model. 
6.  Minimum  1  year  work  (or  business  trip)  experience  in  Japan. 
7.  Minimum  2  years  Japan-facing  project  management  experience,  and  5  years  project  experience.
8.  Minimum  1  year  design  or  system  analyssis  experience.
