职位描述
  Job  Description:

1.Provide  consulting  service  in  J-SOX  Compliance  project，  working  with  J-SOX  leadership  to  establish  the  strategic  direction，  specific  accountabilities  and  expectations.

2.Preparing  and  reviewing  the  client's  key  processes  and  controls,  documenting  them,  testing  these  controls  and  creating  action  plans  to  fulfill  the  JSOX  compliance. 

3.Recommending  modifications，consistent  and  within  the  J-SOX  framework，  to  establish  practices，  procedures，  successfully  handle  a  full  range  of  projects  and  control  compliance  related  assignments.

4.Ensuring  all  J-SOX  points  are  adequately  addressed；  including  testing  the  key  processes  to  confirm  the  J-SOX  framework  has  been  conducted.

5.Maintaining  a  strong  understanding  of  J-SOX  legislation  and  other  relevant  guidance  issued  regarding  Section  J-SOX  law  including  attending  industry  SOX  seminars
 



  职位要求
  Qualifications:

1.An  Undergraduate  degree  in  Accounting  or  Finance  (with  an  advanced  degree  is  a  plus)

2.Fundamental  strategy  skills:  Logical  Thinking,  Documentation  skills,  Research  and  Analysis  skills,  Presentation  skills,  Interview  skills  are  required

3.Experience  with  J-SOX/SOX,  auditing  and  international  experience  is  highly  preferred. 

4.Excellent  Japanese  language  skills  both  in  speaking  and  writing,  and  good  English  ability  is  preferred.

5.Experience  in  finance  including  controllership  and  compliance  is  a  plus.

6.Excellent  facilitation  skill  is  required.
