职位描述
  1.Provide  consulting  service  for  foreign  and  local  banking  clients. 

2.The  consulting  service  we  provide  for  our  banking  clients  includes  business  analysis  &  improvement,  BPR,  IT  strategy  &  design  /  development  /  implementation  of  IT  systems,  to  lead  our  clients  to  achieve  the  innovation  in  a  broad  area  of  operation  management,  CRM,  controlling/managerial  accounting,  financial  accounting  and  specialized  in  the  financial  service  industry.

3.Provide  consulting  services  for  implementation,  testing  development,  maintenance  and  enhancement  of  software  packages  and  applications  by  utilizing  software  and  accompanying  development  tools  and  environment.   



  职位要求
  1.Minimum  Degree  Qualification  (Computer  Science/Engineering  or  Finance/Accounting  is  preferred) 

2.Excellent  Japanese  language  skills  both  in  speaking  and  writing,  and  good  English  ability  is  preferred. 

3.Fundamental  strategy  skills:  Logical  Thinking,  Documentation  skills,  Research  and  Analysis  skills,  Presentation  skills,  Interview  skills  are  required

4.Working  experience  in  the  industries  of  Banking,  Insurance,  Securities,  Leasing  is  a  plus.

5.Experience  in  business  system  development  is  a  plus.
