职位描述：
Overall  Role  Purpose:
Managing  all  aspects  of  external  and  internal  hiring  process  in  China  ensuring  all  the  local  hiring  needs  are  met;
Effectively  interfacing  with  the  Cluster  HR  Team  to  support  delivery  of  HR  services  in  China  and  in  process  enhancement;
Ensuring  compliance  with  labor  legislation  on  all  aspects  of  staffing:hiring/internal  deployment/employment  conditions/separations.
Requirements:
Bachelor  degree  or  above.
5+  years  experience  in  HR  recruiting  in  the  multinational  companies.
Effective  problem  solver,  ability  to  deal  with  change  and  conflict.
Excellent  planning  and  organizational  skills.
Strong  negotiation,  influencing  and  interpersonal  skills.
Self-starter  able  to  work  independently  and  as  part  of  a  team.
Must  be  able  to  travel  as  required  to  various  offices  around  China.
