职位描述：
Reporting  to  Manager  of  Logistics  &  Material


Responsibilities:

•  Issues  PO  according  to  Purchasing  Plan  in  ERP  system
•  Communicates  with  international  suppliers  to  ensure  materials  are  delivered  on  time 
•  Makes/checks  shipping  documents,  monitor  and  tracks  Customs  Clearance  process
•  Supports  solving  quality  and  other  issues  through  claiming  and  goods  replacement
•  Conducts  either  direct  import  or  through  bonded  warehouse
•  Routinely  manages  and  coordinates  with  freight  forwarder  or  its  agent  to  ensure  materials  arrive  in  time  and  in  cost  effective  means  of  transportation 
•  Coordinates  with  cross-functional  team  including  Sales,  Quality,  Finance  and  Production


Qualifications  and  Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s  degree  or  above  in  international  trade,  business  administration  or  related  areas,  3  years  experience  in  importing  and  exporting  business
•  Certified  International  Trade  Sales  preferred
•  Familiar  with  operation  procedures  of  Customs,  CIQ,  Foreign  Exchange  Administration,  Municipal  Bureau  of  Commerce 
•  Good  written  &  spoken  English  language  skills,  CET  6  or  equivalent
•  Driver's  license
