职位要求 |
职位描述：
汽车或机械工程相关专业，本科以上学历；
3年以上汽车行业采购经验；
熟悉质量体系；
较强的沟通与谈判能力；
英语4级以上，良好的英语听说读写能力。
Reporting to Purchasing Manager
-Assists Purchasing Manager to develop and execute sourcing plans.
-Participates in cross-functional team in the selection of suppliers to support operation strategy.
-Evaluates suppliers'productivity, capacity, quality and technology plans.
-Negotiates competitive commercial terms for material, fixed assets and service contracts.
-Develops and maintains systems to support sourcing information needs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in automotive, mechanical or industry engineering, 3 or more year experiences in purchasing or 5 years in engineering. Familiar with quality systems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Excellent written & spoken English language skills, minimum CET 4 or equivalent.
