Summary
The  accurate  processing  of  financial  transactions  based  on  US  GAAP.

Essential  Functions
1.Review  Accounts  Payable  and  Account  Receivable  transactions; 
2.Review  purchasing  process
3.Maintain  General  Ledger  and  responsible  for  Balance  Sheet  Reconciliations  and.  Posting  of  journals  and  key  accruals  to  trial  balance  stage
*  Bank  reconciliations
*  Fixed  assets  depreciations
*  Intercompany  cross  charges
*  Transfer  pricing-quarterly  transactions  and  cash  payments
*  Prepayments  amortization
*  Marketing  and  other  cost  accruals
4.Trial  Balance  Analysis 
5.  Facilitate  group  management  account  audit
6.  Preparation  of  VAT/GST  monthly  lodgment;  liaison  with  external  accounting  firm  to  coordinate  local  statutory  auditing,  annual  Corporate  Tax  return.

Qualifications
*  Professional  Background:  Accountancy  qualification;  at  least  5  year  accounting  and  finance  work  experience;  Sound  knowledge  of  US  and  PRC  GAAP;  exposure  to  a  US  listed  environment,  including  technical  strength  in  US  reporting,  Sarbanes-Oxley  implementation
*  Professional  Experiences:  Multinational  information  technology  (or  Hi-Tech)  and  Asia  Pacific  exposure  are  advantageous
*  Computer  Skill:  Global  accounting  system;  Good  Excel,  PowerPoint  skill
*  Demonstrate  excellent  attention  to  detail  and  time  management  skill
*  Fluent  in  English  and  Mandarin,  both  written  and  oral
*  Ability  to  work  independently,  committed  and  able  to  fit  in  and  work  well  with  people  at  all  levels;
*  Dealing  with  tasks  conscientiously  and  securing  the  co-operation  of  others
