职位要求 |
Lead the Fabric Team to provide competitive and proactive fabric-related service to the Sample and Production Merchandisers, coordinate and follow up daily operation and orders (Sampling or/and Production) to achieve business objectives.
Main tasks:
-Communicate with fabric suppliers and garment suppliers on daily basis, understand customers’ requirements and communicate comments and suggestions between the customer and the vendor
- Control the fabric cost within a reasonable and competitive range.
- Provide technical support to SMS/Production Merchandisers and all suppliers and share intensive experience with Team members.
- Coordinate Order Merchandisers to prepare the fabrics for a timely delivery of Salesman Sample (SMS) through internal and external coordination
- Solve the sudden troubles/problems happening to fabrics
- Fulfill statistics of all fabric business.
- Source new vendors if necessary, prepare costing and quotation, negotiate with suppliers for a reasonable and competitive price
- Responsible for team building, coach the subordinates in their daily work
Requirements:

- Buying office experience and German or European market exposure preferred
- Fluent English
- College education background or above
- Bachelor degree on textile technology is a plus
- >8years professional experience
