岗位职责：

Ensure  the  overall  maintenance  of  the  plant  in  order  to  keep  overall  plant  reliability  very  high  and  minimize  the  downtime. 
Update  and  apply  a  maintenance  policy  suitable  to  the  local  context  (contractors  selection  and  development,  spare  parts  etc). 
Assist  department  manager  to  define  maintenance  budget  and  schedule  with  the  relevant  operational  departments  –  Control  the  Maintenance  expenses. 
Work  with  the  supply  chain  department  for  the  optimization  of  the  purchasing  for  equipments  and  services  related  to  Maintenance  and  Engineering. 
Assist  department  manager  to  define  and  organize  the  inspection  plan  in  order  to  warrantee  the  mechanical  integrity  of  the  plant  in  the  long  term. 
Supervise  projects  handling  up  to  Mechanical  acceptance  (Engineering,  Procurement,  Construction…). 
Maintain  and  monitor  the  loss  control  systems  (International  Safety  Rating  System)  that  apply  to  maintenance  and  construction  for  internal  workers  and  contractors. 
要求：

University  or  above  with  the  major  of  chemical  mechanical. 
At  least  5  years  solid  experience  in  maintenance  management  of  the  chemical  plant. 
Mechanical  or  electrical  and  Instrument  know-how. 
Sound  judgment  skills  concerning  subcontractor  evaluation. 
Project  and  turnaround  management  experience. 
Excellent  English  communication  skill  both  in  speaking  and  writing. 
Good  managerial  skills  and  safety  concern.
