岗位职责：

-  Responsible  of  process  modification,  Including  preliminary  process  flow  design;  Organize  HAZOP  Review  meeting;  follow  the  operation  status  of  new  modification;  summarize  and  evaluate  the  result  or  improvement  of  production  and  quality. 
-  Establish  or  modify  process  operation  procedure  for  the  new  process  modification,  train  operators. 
-  Responsible  of  Work  Trial,  including  issuing  WTA  report;  follow  work  trial  process,  summary  work  trial  result  and  issue  work  trial  report. 
-  Process  support  for  equipment  /  instrument/project  modification.  Provide  process  operation  data  for  the  new  equipment  /  instrument  selection  and  calculate  related  process  data  (Heat  &  mass  balance,  heat  transfer,  pump  and  piping  calculation  etc);  check  and  confirm  the  material,  structure  of  equipments  and  their  operation  from  process  aspect. 
-  Establish  testing  procedure  or  method  for  equipment  adjustment  and  changing  to  ensure  timely  and  effective  adjustment. 
-  Make  production,  quality  and  environment  reports  etc. 
-  Other  works  assigned  by  operation  manager.

要求：

Bachelor  degree  with  the  major  of  Chemical  Engineering. 
Good  Ability  of  analyzing  and  problem  solving. 
Strong  responsibility  and  team  work  spirit. 
Good  English  communication
