岗位职责：

-  Edit  and  publish  the  Total  China  News:  collect  internal  leads,  draft  or  edit  articles,  ensure  on-time  publishing  on  a  monthly  basis;  exploring  the  publishing  of  Total  China  News  in  hard  copy  on  a  quarterly  basis 
-  Act  as  Total  China  intranet  webmaster,  to  ensure  contents  updated  via  co-ordination  with  communications  correspondents  across  the  function;  act  as  an  interface  with  web  agency  to  make  sure  the  internet  contents  updated  together  with  the  external  communications  officer. 
-  Organize  internal  communications  events,  via  liaison  with  businesses/functions  and  with  the  support  of  event  and  logistics  officer 
-  Redact  articles  for  internal  employee  initiatives,  etc. 
-  Joint  work  with  external  communications  officer  for  designing  and  publishing  annual  Total  China  brochures  and  reports;

要求：

A  university  degree  with  excellent  command  of  both  oral  and  written  English  and  Mandarin,  French  a  plus 
Preference  for  at  least  5  years  of  journalism  or  relevant  experience  within  the  PR  profession,  with  strong  editorial  skill  and  publishing  experience 
Candidate  who  has  working  experience  in  a  multinational  corporation  is  preferred. 
Teamwork  spirit,  self  motivated,  fast  worker 
Excellent  interpersonal  skills  and  the  ability  to  manage  in  different  cultural  settings  among  Total  stakeholders
