Job  Description
-  Technical  Support  engineer  will  work  within  a  team  to  develops  and  deploys  the  service  portfolio  to  meet  Customer  expectations  and  achieving  Customer  satisfaction  through  high  performance  and  quality  of  services. 
-  The  responsibilities  are  technical  support  for  TD-Tech  RAN  product  roll  out,project  technical  representative  with  customer,field/hotline  support  for  the  operator  and  new  product  introduction  of  TD-Tech  RAN  products

Major,  Knowledge,  Competencies  and  Technical  Skills
-  Bachelor  degree  above  in  computer  software,  electronic  engineering  or  telecommunication  ; 
-  Good  written,  spoken  and  listening  English; 
-  Broad  and  deep  knowledge  in  wireless  comunication  product; 
-  Be  initiative,  ability  to  learn,  ability  to  analyze,  good  communication  skills. 
-  The  candidate  should  be  a  good  team  player,  self  motivated,  fully-confident,proactive  in  daily  work  and  glad  to  share  with  others.

Education
-Bachelor  and  above

Languages
-English  (Medium)

AdditionalRequirements
-  Deep  knowledge  for  3G  standard(TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/CDMA2000) 
-  Experience  as  technical  support  on  2G  or  3G  radio  network 
-  Strong  abilities  on  Solaris/Oracle/  Cisco
