Job  Description
-  Ensure  TD-SCDMA  RAN  system  quality  before  delivering  to  customer 
-  System  test  design  incl.  Load  &  Stress,  Interference  test,  Stability  Test,  NWK  KPI  test 
-  System  test  procedure  incl.  caste  execution,  test  result  analysis,  writing  test  report 
-  Perform  internal  field  testing  in  wireless  environment 
-  Setup  and  manage  test  equipment  and  test  facility  incl.  test  scripts,  testing  devices 
-  Cooperate  with  Product  Development  group  to  locate  errors 
-  Support  to  deploy  network  in  the  field  for  operator 
-  On  behalf  of  customers,  provide  requirements  to  development

Major,  Knowledge,  Competencies  and  Technical  Skills
-  Master  degree  in  computer  science,  electronic  engineering  or  telecommunication  ; 
-  Good  written,  spoken  and  listening  English; 
-  Broad  and  deep  knowledge  in  wireless  comunication  product  development  and  test  processes;  -  Be  initiative,  ability  to  learn,  ability  to  analyze,  good  communication  skills. 
-  The  candidate  should  be  a  good  team  player,  self  motivated,  fully-confident,proactive  in  daily  work  and  glad  to  share  with  others.

-Master  and  above

Languages
-English  (Medium)

AdditionalRequirements
-  Actual  experience  in  wireless  comunication  product  development  and  test  processes; 
-  Be  familiar  with  test  equipments  such  as  protocol  analyzer,  spectrum  analyzer 
-  Experienced  with  Unix  system,  Oracle  DB,Operator's  OM  working  experience  and  be  familiar  with  customer  requirementsis  a  plus; 
-  The  ability  of  LAN  network  configuration  is  a  plus 
-  Be  familiar  with  3GPP  standard  especially  UU  interface,  IuB  interface,  IU  interface;
